We collect the information you provide when creating a song: recipient name, relationship, music preferences, and optional custom prompts. We also collect an anonymous device identifier to enforce usage limits. We do not collect personal contact information or location data.
Your data is used solely to generate personalized songs via our AI music service. Song data is stored on our servers to allow you to access your song history.
We use Kie.ai (powered by Suno) for music and lyrics generation. Song prompts, style preferences, lyrics and any photo or audio you choose for a video are sent to their API. Please refer to Kie.ai's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
The app also includes the following analytics and advertising SDKs, which collect an advertising or device identifier and app-usage events to measure and attribute advertising campaigns: Google Firebase Analytics, Meta (Facebook) SDK, TikTok Business SDK, Apphud (subscription analytics) and Apple Search Ads attribution. On iOS these SDKs only access the advertising identifier if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Purchases are processed by Apple; we receive subscription status notifications from Apple to manage your access.
Songs and associated data are retained until you delete them from the app. You can delete any song at any time from your song history. Audio files generated by Kie.ai are hosted by Kie.ai and are subject to their retention policy. You may request deletion of all data associated with your device by contacting us.
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
